Eventually he flew the coop to study music and communication in Colorado. He has a stint as a radio DJ and journalist while in school. After graduationhe landed in California where he fell in love with the DJ scene and began producing his own tracks. He’s never never looked back. Zeb is a guitarist and songwriter for touring bands such as Mama’s Cookin’, Peter Joseph Burtt & The King Tide, and Afrolicious, and has become a renowned Producer known by his first name: ZEBUEL. He reccently founded his own record label and started a weekly funk remix event called Smoked Out Soul held every Thursday at Monarch SF, one of SanFrancisco’s premier nightclubs. The event has become a signature fusion oflive/DJ music that has become highly sought-after on the West Coast.Zeb is also well known as a reliable high quality event DJ in northern California. With a background in radio and event production, a college degree in Mass Media Communication and Music Performance, plus years of experience as a touring musician and DJ, Zeb is the perfect option for those searching for a versatile, highly skilled artist who adds style and excitement to every event.
